The Albert Town site has uninterrupted northern exposure over the Clutha River towards the DOC Reserve and beyond. However it is also fully exposed to a riverside reserve with public road to the North; a cul-de-sac to the South, and a public walkway to the West. The site also has a strict height covenant with recession planes.
